Enterprise Transformation Leadership

Kimberly Hill

Enterprise Transformation Leadership

For two decades, I've been brought into enterprise transformation programs — ERP, CRM, security platforms, and partner ecosystems — at the point where execution matters most. Every engagement pairs technical program delivery with the enablement discipline that determines whether a transformation actually takes hold.

Approach

How I'm engaged

A consistent operating pattern across two decades and a range of industries — and the foundation for a long-term, direct-hire leadership mandate.

My career has followed a consistent pattern: organizations bring me in for defined, execution-critical windows — to stand up a program, stabilize it, and hand off a durable system. That has taken different forms — direct hire, contract, and consulting engagements — but the work itself has stayed consistent: enterprise-scale technical transformation, paired with the change and enablement work that makes it stick.

One of these engagements, at Hub International, converted from contract to direct hire.

Between formal engagements, I've applied the same operating model independently. Following a market-wide correction in enterprise IT hiring in late 2022, I built and scaled a small e-commerce business — market research, systems integration, digital growth strategy — while completing coursework in PMI methodologies and generative AI. Following the conclusion of a fixed-term contract engagement in late 2025, I turned that same self-directed approach toward AI enablement specifically: building agent-based workflows in Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud (sandbox environment), ahead of that becoming a standard expectation in program leadership. Both periods produced measurable outcomes, documented alongside the client engagements below.

At this stage, my focus is a long-term, direct-hire transformation leadership role — the kind of mandate where I can build lasting infrastructure and see a multi-year initiative through, rather than hand it off. I remain open to fractional and advisory work that complements that focus.

01

Brought in, not built in

Engaged for defined windows where delivery risk is highest — go-live, cutover, integration, stabilization.

02

Enablement is structural

Change management and adoption planning are built into the program plan from day one, not added after launch.

03

Self-directed between engagements

Gaps line up with market-wide contractions, not a personal pattern, and were met with applied, independent work — a venture, a study period.

Program GovernanceSecurity & RiskFM GlobalContract
Overview

As program lead at FM Global, directed enterprise delivery of a risk-based vulnerability management SaaS platform, acting as primary point of contact for sponsors, security, and technology stakeholders.

Business Challenge

Global Partner Platform Enablement & M&A Integration

Partner EnablementM&A IntegrationIvantiDirect Hire
Overview

As Global Partner Enablement Manager at Ivanti, managed SaaS enablement programs across ITSM, security, asset management, and unified endpoint management platforms for a partner network exceeding 8,000 organizations — spanning the full training content lifecycle, partner-facing learning infrastructure, and cross-functional communication programs across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.

Business Challenge

Acquisitions bring new partner populations, systems, and processes that must be integrated without disrupting existing partner relationships or platform performance. At the same time, partner enablement content lived in a fragmented, aging SharePoint environment with inconsistent ownership and retention discipline, and newly hired Solution Engineers lacked a structured path to competency.

Objective

Onboard two newly acquired companies into a unified partner portal, migrate partner enablement content to a modern CMS with clear governance, and build repeatable onboarding, learning, and communication infrastructure to sustain program quality at scale.

Measurable Outcomes
  • Led onboarding of Pulse Secure and Cherwell into the partner portal, aligning systems, processes, and access; increased partner engagement by 24% through targeted enablement and communication strategy
  • Owned the training content lifecycle — design, scheduling, QA, and localization — and implemented competency-based 30-60-90-day onboarding plans for Solution Engineers
  • Led the migration of partner enablement artifacts from SharePoint to a modern CMS across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, auditing documents to verify current status and establishing author and retention-flag notifications; delivered a centralized portal UX for content and learning and clearer lead distribution, deal registration, and opportunity visibility
  • Blueprinted and managed contractor development of the Onboarding Essentials for Partners learning path in collaboration with the Learning University, and partnered with the Technical Product Manager on Tech Talk webinars for the administrator community
  • Built out communication infrastructure: authored internal CAM updates via the channel newsletter and used Bambu to produce promotional announcements for Neurons and cybersecurity webinars, including sessions targeting healthcare providers; curated Highspot content sources for the internal sales channel
  • Audited customer maturity journey toolkits (Experience Management, Endpoint Management, and Endpoint Security Management) for partner use and authored toolkit instructions
  • Established governance structures and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and accountability

Business Challenge

The client needed to formalize training for 150 controllers and operators under new federal regulations, while giving a small training staff the tools to deliver consistent, competency-based instruction across 13 field offices.

Objective

Analyze job roles and existing training methods, then design a competency-based structured on-the-job training program that meets compliance requirements without overwhelming training staff capacity.

Measurable Outcomes
  • Conducted role-based analysis to identify training gaps across control room and field technician populations

About

Kimberly Hill

I've spent the past two decades leading ERP, CRM, security, and platform transformations across energy, insurance, technology, and financial services — always with a focus on the people who have to use what gets built. My background in instructional design and change management means the enablement layer has always been built alongside the technical one, not added after the fact.

I communicate deliberately. In regulated and complex environments, I've found it's worth taking the time to get a message right rather than moving fast and creating confusion — for stakeholders, sponsors, and the people whose day-to-day work is actually changing.

I'm currently deepening my hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, having built and tested workflows in Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud, and I stay close to emerging practice through professional groups spanning artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, product management, and data analytics.
